Notes are in the 3rd column Our quotation will offer terms for both redundancy accident and sickness cover. The option of which you take is yours. It has a fixed payment periods of 12 months with a fixed waiting period of 30 days.

You must be permanently resident in the UK and eligible for job seekers allowance, Please note there are a few occupations which will be declined, but these change from time to time. Cover for temporary & seasonal work is not available.

Do you work on average at least  20 hours a week?
You are only eligible if you work more than 20 hours per week
What are your current annual earnings? Please enter whole numbers only and do not include a £ sign.
What level of monthly benefit do you require? Please enter whole numbers only and do not include a £ sign.  Max allowed is 50% of your gross monthly earnings less any other policy benefits you have. The policy has a limit of £1000 per month.
Is this month benefit equal or less than your mortgage payments If you cover your mortgage payments only then premium will be lower. Please note that you could take two policies, one for mortgage payments and one for other payments, but the total benefit must not exceed the limits set by underwriters.
Do you have any other Redundancy insurance policies which would pay in the event of redundancy? If so please give the amount of benefit per month.  Please enter whole numbers only and do not include a £ sign. 
This will be deducted from your maximum benefit and if this is less than the benefit you require it will limit the amount you can have.

Your policy will not pay full benefits if the policy benefits and salary exceed 50% of your normal salary.  However, a quote will be prepared.
Have you been continuously employed in any employment for the past 6 months?
You are only eligible if you have worked continuously for more than the past 6 months.
If you engage in any sports which may be considered as hazardous or fly as a non fair paying passenger?
You may not be eligible for the contract.  We will need a proposal from to be completed to apply to the underwriters.
